Dave, Tommy and their staff did an amazing job with the Celebration of Life that we had on the patio/pub area. The food was amazing, service was impeccable, atmosphere perfect with Mother Natures help. If you are looking for a place for your event please consider Gunselman’s Steakhouse & Bar in Olmsted Falls !

The best steaks we have had in a very long time. NY strip and filet - both cooked to perfection. The mixed drinks were exceptional as well. We came in without a reservation ( reservations are highly recommended at dinner time ) and were seated in the bar area right away. We will be back when we want a fine steak dinner.

This was the best porkchop I ever had. Tender and melts in your mouth. I don't mind the price if it's worth it, and it's worth it. The bread is delicious, and the salad is fresh. The potato is hot and cooked perfectly. Kevin is a perfect server. Make sure to get reservations because it is packed.

Tom, the manager, greeted us kindly. Jen was our server on the beautiful patio, and she absolutely killed it. Held down the whole place, while still being on top of our needs and being a joy. Addie & Billy, our bartenders upstairs, were over the top!! (In every good way imaginable)). Gave us wonderful recommendations. We will 10/10 return!!!

My new favorite in culinary excellence. The service, food, and atmosphere are great.. This old library converted into an upscale steakhouse is my new favorite dining treat.. You can dine with views of quarry park. We enjoy hiking before dinner. The steaks and sides are cooked to perfection. One doesn't need to use the provided steak knife as the butter knife will work with the tender delicious cuts of beef. Treat yourself to perfection and visit here.

This was my first time eating at Gunselman’s and it did not disappoint!!! I live in Dallas, TX, originally from the area, and this building held many memories spent here when it was a library. The new makeover of this building is just beautiful! I met a good friend of mine for dinner this evening. Amanda was our server and she was attentive, courteous, and anticipated our every need. The food was delicious and we couldn’t have asked for any better! It was cooked perfectly and all sides and condiments were plentiful. Challette even went out of her way to take our picture before we left. Every single staff member was so nice and I can’t recommend this place enough! Absolutely give this place a try and you will enjoy it immensely.

Never disappointed with this place. Great view, great vibes, and great service. I’m a local here in Olmsted Falls and this is my go-to for dinner. Management and staff and very respectful which makes me keep coming back. And of course the awesome food!

We celebrated my mom's birthday here and it was an excellent experience! The food was delicious and our steaks were cooked perfectly. They even brought my mom a free dessert to celebrate. Our waiter was Kevin, and I would highly recommend him. He was nice, quick, and gave excellent service to our family!
